I can totally do ties to Ice (I can't read the Devon one at work, the NERegion site is blocked here, alas.)
Ashley specializes in Transportation, 'staffing' (finding people ghouls/retainers, temp staffing, etc), and locations (one use havens, warehouses, places for gatherings/secret meetings, etc.) She's also a qualified lawyer though without passing the Bar so can provide suggestions on how to 'legally' (for a very iffy value of legal) do things. And assistance in masquerade cleanup.
She never ever ever works for free. But her rates are reasonable, and those with a long term working relationship (i.e. friends), get discounts. :)
See, the things that I can think of off the top is this.
1. I was a contractor in Boston. I was able to hook up a one use haven, warehouse, place for a gathering/meeting.
2. He may have used for Staffing in the past and may go through for staffing in the future (which might help if I decide to see about apping to have a crassus for him), especially with things I might have lined up with possible personal plot.

Devon actually would be perfect. Ashley would be everything I would need ICly to actually possibly have him do more then just piss off the Dragon populance (aka just Santos). Basically cover everything that Ashley would want from Transportation etc, with his traveling all over the place. The problem is, if my secret "if Devon ever finds out about this" impossible goal ever comes into play, it might cause a COI for you.
Thank you for that warning. Yeah... i suspect heavier ties to Ice is good, but I can do basic ties to both definately. But once that goal happens? I'll be dodging like a fiend to avoid COI. :)
Awesome. Devon runs a charter business (which his ghoul is currently operating at this time because I haven't reset my reset sheet), which can be used toward your transportation, especially with air travel etc. He's already done trips to India and Egypt.
Though still, we'll keep any COI's in mind depending on what happens with Ice or Devon.

She also has minor connections in other shady dealings or can act as a fence/go between between two parties.
I'd like to avoid COI, honestly. its tricky, given how connected Kincaid is, but I'm managing so far.
