026. Teammates
She was accepted. She went through the courses and the academy and the training and became an FBI agent. Because of her knowledge of computers they assigned her to Quantico and allowed her to build her own system.
Then they assigned her to the Behavioral Analysis Unit where she would use her knowledge of computers to help the team solve their crimes.
For the first time in her life she had teammates. She could hold her head up high and be proud to be part of a team.
022. Enemies
Her subjects became her enemies. Anyone who she hunted or stalked was classified under that category and she showed no mercy. She always got her man or woman.
She was always in the background of the team but they knew that if there was an enemy out there, she would find them and she would help them put the bastard away.
Her first commendation came six months after joining the team. A high profile case, she had seen something that no one else had in the three years hunting the scum, which resulted in his capture.
She has made it her mission in life to put the enemies away.
025. Strangers
They started out strangers, speaking only when necessary.
He thought she was a quiet little prim and proper girl who preferred machines to people; always shutting herself away in her dark little room, not actively seeking to be included in the team, so he let her be.
She thought he was a hotshot that was all talk and would do anything to get the job done, and if it made him look good, all the better. He was always bragging about his conquests and having a good old time seemingly at others expense. He intimidated her, so she let him be.
021. Friends
It was a hard case that pushed them together that made them become friends.
Locked in the dark little room for days at a time, he couldn’t be out in the field due to an injury so he was assigned to work with her. The first day when he walked in he saw her in her chair grumbling about other people messing with her boys. After a few minutes of watching he realized that someone had come in during the night and did some research and inadvertently caught a virus, then instead of informing her they tried to erase the evidence, which caused more damage than good. He started to see a different side of her.
She knew he was there, but her boys needed her. Some idiot had messed with her computers in the night and downloaded a virus. Add to the fact that the virus had to be accepted to even get through the first of the security she had set up, but then they tried to go and delete it, which had in fact deleted several important files that she had to try and restore. Luckily she had come in early that morning so hopefully she could have it fixed before Gideon called.
He surprised her when he told Gideon a few minutes later that there was a problem with the computer system but she was working on it and he would call Gideon back as soon as possible, then hung up the phone and offered his assistance.
With his help it only took two hours to get her boys back up and running the way they should be, allowing them to chitchat and begin to get to know each other.
At the end of the case they could say they were friends.
023. Lovers
A year later he asked her out on a date and she accepted. He picked her up in a limo and took her to a five star restaurant and then they went to a park and just walked around the flowers and the lighted pools.
It started with a kiss and continued on from there. She was hesitant at first but assuring him that she did want him and he was slow and did not push or pressure her into anything.
They became lovers.

Two years after their first date they officially became a family.
He was standing at the alter, surrounded by their friends and family watching proudly as she walked down the isle.
She was wearing an ivory sheer off the shoulder gown that hugged her upper body and cascaded down to the floor in loose silk and lace, walking towards him with her blue, lavender and white roses surrounded in baby’s breath, with two red roses in the center to represent their love.
He smiled when she reached him. Holding hands throughout the ceremony they exchanged vows and rings and swore their undying love. At the end of the ceremony the preacher pronounced them man and wife.
They were finally a family.
