Oh dear
I think my laptop is on its last legs. It's been giving me more trouble than it normally does recently, not going to sleep mode when it should, Windows not starting at the proper time and forcing me to do a hard reset. I've taken to keeping it shut off as much as possible, using it only when necessary, and anything I want to keep (my job search docs, my fics, pictures, etc) have been transferred onto my flashdrive. Getting virtually everything off of my hardrive seems to have helped, but still, I worry. If it dies, there are no funds to replace it.
In slightly more cheerful news, I applied to two open positions at my library. *crosses fingers* Please, let me have their attention for one of these.
