Progress, Week 6
Well, I suppose I should say Week 1 2.0, at least concerning the het_bigbang fic. Going back to the drawing board and starting over was a good move, I think. I'm able to say what I want in the fic in a much more efficient way than I was in the first version. I've caught up to where I was before in version 1.0, except for the scenes I wrote for December 1536. I'll just keep a hold of those until I actually reach that part of the story.
There, much better. I think the story might actually be a little closer to the target word count this time, instead of being double it. *cheers*
As for the Merlin novelization fic, I haven't worked on it in a few days, having focused on the het_bigbang fic, but there has been some progress since last week's check-in.
Let's just say, Gwen was able to get up to quite a bit in that week that Morgana ruled Camelot. It's probably a miracle she lasted long enough to spring Sir Leon and run into the forest to find Arthur. *cackle*
