Aw, this is beautiful. Lovely how both women feel betrayed, especially since I can easily see Morgana feel this way, though most people would argue she's the traitor among them.

I like that both pieces started out with the same phrase; it reminds me of their bond on the show. They started out thinking along the same lines and then slowly grew apart.

Lovely. Also, Gwen's last line made me smile. Widely.

Thanks! I really tried to show that Morgana and Gwen aren't black and white, that it isn't a matter of one being evil and the other good. They both live in the grey, like most everyone does. Over the course of the third series, I saw Morgana becoming more selfish in her desire to overthrow Uther and Arthur, and yet when she did, she didn't do anything to improve the lives of her new subjects. She just replaced Uther's tyranny with her own ( ... )
