It'd be a cheap tactic and a bit of a cop out but I'd totally go for the replicator couple.

And if they turn out to be evil then I'd totally vote for evil!Lizzie and evil!Shep taking over the Pegasus galaxy (how could the real Atlantis expedition win against team Shep & Lizzie).

Heh, especially two that are totally in sync with one another because they're Replicators and can read each other's minds and because they have a way to release all that sexual tension instead of bottling it up. ;D
