My first Yoga Class (teaching)
Join us for:
Yoga for the Whole Human Family
a playshop for kids of all ages.
On Saturday, Jan 17th at 10:30 AM
At the Harmony Center, 4160 SE Division St.
Children are welcome with an adult. Come with or without kids.
This will be a very basic class for those new to yoga,
(or for experienced yogis who are willing to bring beginner's mind).
Poses will include: tree, frog, cat, cow, bridge, & more....
What to bring: If you have a a yoga mat or
other yoga props please bring them. Children must be accompanied by an adult.
All donations (suggested $5-15) support the Harmony Center.
Facilitator: Angel Kelly, volunteer and yoga practitioner of 10+ years.
Please RSVP, maximum 10 participants due to space limitations.
