As everyone who knows me knows I think it's pretty damned funny to annoy the hell out of people. But when I don't mean to it's rather annoying to me. I will tell you this particular tale. I was at work and we realized that we needed a plaster model trimmed up stat for a consultation wit ha parent later on. Usually I am the one to do this but my dear coworker Christine said she'd do it. Needless to say she is not very good at this and she preceeded to trim half the teeth off of the model and render it useless. The bossman was not pleased but rather than get angree he showed his displeasure by ribbing Christina. At one point in his endless, supposed to be funny but just isn't, comments he said that I would shoot her if I saw what she did. Christina shot back, "then she should just trim them herself!" as she stalked up to the front office. Now I would have gladly trimmed the damned thing if I had been asked to, but I wasn't. Also, she knew I had already seen afore mentioned model and I thought it was funny. So after I finished what I was doing I went up to the front office to make sure she didn't take his comments as me saying something about the situation to him. I say, "Just for the record, I didn't say anything to him so I don't know where his comments are comming from." she snaps at me, "I didn't say you did." I say, "I know but your comment of how I can just trim them myself implies that you were mad at me." She says through gritted teeth, "That was supposed to be directed at him." I say, "Okay, but I am the only one who is going to take offense at a comment like that so....." she cuts me off, "Whatever." At this point she doesn't talk to me for half the day and keeps glaring at me. I don't think I have ever made anyone mad at me while trying to make sure they weren't mad at me. I find this very confusing.
