they say life is like a turning wheel: sometimes you're up, sometimes you're down. one point that i heard today sounded true. some down moments start when you did something bad either accidentally or on purpose. you've been hearing mass every sunday and suddenly you miss one sunday. after repeating it for another week, you just go on missing it every week until you discover yourself an irregular mass goer. a friend tells you that it's cool to smoke and you give in to the temptation by trying it out. after liking it, you get to consume several sticks in a day until you find yourself a chain smoker.

keeping yourself busy doing good things and focusing on making God through serving people are just some keys to a good life.
