My weekend.

I love feeling hungry. It feels like success.

Had a good weekend. Bit stiff now as did two one hour runs and then 40 minutes on my bike on Saturday and Sunday and then 3 x 12 reps for my upper body, 3 x 12 reps for my lower body and then an hour of yoga.

Phew - but exercise feels amazing to me. The endorphins it releases are sooooo great that I just feel in love with everyone when I have been working out real hard.

Reached this weeks target so 3lb to go this week.
