you guys know I tend to have long blocks in between posting.... to say the least!
but as usual, I like to keep it short and sweet, so the following things are new as of late:
I switched to day shift as of Monday, 9/18/06. I'm not taking it as badly as originally feared and to top in off, I've met some cool people on first that I wouldn't have known previously :)
I'm going to rEtreat, and looking forward to seeing EVERYONE sans Beth, but that'll come later ;)
I've been trying to go to the gym lately and for the first time took an actual class (super scult?). anyhoo, it turns out I got there early and ended up taking the 15min abs class. When they started I was like, Wow! they really are intense for working your abs but, alas it made sense later when I saw the schedule. My whole body hurts now. I've never had my abs hurt so bad that two days later when I sneezed it hurt my ribs. I also stayed for part of this class called Zomba and it was like dancing arobics with a twist of salsa here and there. I think I'll keep it up because I kept me motivated, and a switch in routine is always fun. I'm just excited cause all this time I've beem paying a butt-load for a YMCA membership that I didn't ever use to its full advantage.
Other than that, I'm probably not going to make it to Dan's Halloween party because I might get to see my friend Alexis (haven't seen her in years!) that weekend. This will of course make me get a costume, any suggestions?
Hope all you guys are doing well. Deb, I hope you're feeling better and you have a safe and healthy rest of your pregnancy. I'm sure your baby will be beautiful. Sarah, I miss you terribly! but I get to see you soon :):):) Shannon and Lilly, I'm so happy to see things mending...and maybe both of you at rEtreat??? Beth, hope to see you soon.
