I've been to Made In Asia the previous years, so I can compare. I know the organization hasn't changed either so it's no newbie faults. All in all, made in Asia was a DISASTER!
This is the first time I've ever written an angry complaint letter (which they failed to respond to)

It all started with the sign up and information. It was only available in english and french and arrived only 2-3 days before the actual con!! the information on it changed from page to page. (different hours and such) It was so confusing :/
all staff was french as well.

All photos I have to offer are mostly table pictures. For this, there's 2 reasons:
1) I couldn't find anyone to help me out so I couldn't leave the table
2) I spent loads of time, effort and money on a new table design 8D
so here's that:

on the tables: I was very displeased, the setting looked great on the plan but didn't work out in real life, due to the curved walls, I only had half my wall behind my table, the rest sort of disappeared behind my neighbors' wall. The table itself was VERY narrow, which made it difficult to put all my items on. Upon arrival, everyone learned that tables and chairs were up for grabs. this meant that some people had TONS of chairs and others (including people that paid for extra chairs or tables) didn't get ANY! On top of that, the flooring stopped right where the artist alley started. Add this to the fact that the entire alley was tucked behind a large wall and you get:

I barely saw any people all weekend. there were even people looking for me that never found me. that's WITH a plan. on top of that, the lack of people left the hall open for this awful draft you get from sitting between the exit and smokers exit.
It didn't get any better after I learned my neighbors were quite obnoxious. they moved my table, stole my chairs and kept playing the flute and guitar all day. for 3 days.
in the end it even got so bad, one of them put out a rug and a small basket and started playing for money. REALLY??

a few of the more uplifting moments:
*Lin and her lovely mom came to visit *o* I miss them so much. (they got me a pee break too!)
*I got to babysit little Robin
*Cindy & CB clipped my card to themselves to advertise xD
*my friends from fluff 'n tuff came over when they could <3
* I sold 2 commissions (usually it's about 10 so money wise this isn't positive, but I got to put more time into them and you can tell!)

so compared to previous editions, this was a disaster.
I actually lost money on this one and since the staff isn't replying to my complaint I might not attend next year.

Made in Asia 4 :

Big, lots of people
no good flow through artist alley, terrible organization.
