Adel had been defeated, and Ellone rescued. The present danger had subsided, although the specter of Ultimecia -- the Sorceress from the future, who had been pulling strings and possessing minds -- had not departed. And in the meantime, there were lots of doctors, nurses and healers annoying the crap out of the Fandomites.

Though he hoped it would be spent in Hawaii, with his brain turned off, appreciating something resembling quiet.

"Are you coming on the school trip?" Raven asked hopefully. "I have never been to Hawaii, and I am eager to see it. The only thing I wish to fight is sunburn."
It took a lot of hard work to keep her skin so pale!

He was not going to be, say, hitting the beaches.

"Perhaps we can find something to do, just the two of us?" Raven suggested. "Something relaxing."
She smiled softly. "At least there should be no danger of me drinking hot chocolate with alcohol by mistake this time." Just lots and lots of fruity drinks in pineapples. Wait....
