Up to three of the twenty minutes of jogging (tomorrow). I keep wondering when I'm gonna fall over but I haven't yet. I think I'm jogging far longer than I ever was actually able to at once. Maybe my breathing has improved? But afterwards I drink half a quart of water just to keep up.
I'll tell you though - it's kicking my ass in a masochistic good way. Hopefully, I strengthen up again. I kind of need it. I've been doing this for about five days straight now and plan to do it every day. So I will conceivably be doing all of the twenty minutes jogging in about three to four weeks now. We'll see how it goes. Maybe I reach my limit and have to wait for the body to catch up or I force the issue and force the body to catch up.
Once I have two weeks of stats; I'll shamefully post what I weight and how much I've lost. I am keeping track - it's just not ready to go up yet. Now, I just have to be more careful over what goes in. Maybe after another five days.
