Im going to try to do a complete turn around in how I live my physical life... Im giving up meat, bread, and pasta... Anyone with any recipes that are anti the above please pass them my way!
I went to the trail today and jogged/walked a mile and a half. After that I picked up a girl friend and we went back to the trail to talk and walk. She needed to get out of the house, her stress level was rising thru the roof and I didnt mind grabbing the extra exercise.
As I jogged the trail I listened to Barlow Girl - Mirror on my MP3 player. It was the only song I could listen too because it really motivated me to push myself harder and harder. I really want to get into a really good physical routine and be all fit and stuff. That means dragging my lazy butt away from the computer - I could certainly be doing some sort of exercise right now... And to help myself meet my goals I bought a cosmo magazine today and tore out the pictures of the perfect models and taped them up all around my kitchen! Thats motivation... I also blew up a picture of myself in a belly shirt when I was in really good shape from playin sports and I put it on my fridge! I'll push myself until I can push no more! :o)
Tomorrow my day will go as normal until about noon and then I'll go walk the trail. I'll end up back at the trail at around 5pm to do my daily jog...
I may be doing this because I know my birthday is going to suck this year - as it does every year, and I'll feel better to feel like I have control of something... We'll see if it all goes to hell after my birthday. I hope not, I like the motivation I've found.
Anyway, my loyal lj readers whome I love... some more than others - ahahaha... j/k... Im gonna go for now... I may dance around my living room for a while and then go to bed early...
