Gratitude Journal for the week of 8/10/09-8/16/09:
I'm grateful for my ability to easily make new friends, adapt to new social situations and strike up conversations with new people. I never ever used to be this way. But it's given me the ability to make connections in this new place I call my LA home and has therefor given me more of an ability to cope with whatever life throws at me.
I'm grateful for Burbank. I really, really like it here--much more than I thought it would. It's pretty, close to everything and the people are friendly. The downtown area reminds me so much of Davis, just a little more...SoCal. And of course...it's always sunny ;)
I'm grateful for my brother, Lawrence--he keeps me tethered to the ground and to the family and reminds me to go after whatever makes me happy.
I'm grateful for Top Ramen. Keeps me full when I'm broke. :)
I think I'll do an actual LJ update tomorrow. Tired now. Waking up early is not my thing. Blehhh.
