New Years update
Have you missed me? You know you have...
So what might you want to know...
Job: I currently work at Verizon Wireless as a greeter. I have a job interview at Boston Laser (not in Boston - still in Binghamton) to be a personal assistant to the President of the company and a sales rep. Whee. Goin from part-time at 10 bucks an hour to fulltime at 10-12 an hour sounds great.
Apartment: My apartment is a mess. I hate cleaning. This shouldn't be news to anyone who was ever in my dormroom - picture that with more furniture and more rooms...you get about the same amount of space to walk around. LOL My roomie is doing well...My cat is a crack baby. That's a long story.
Health: Landed my ass in the hospital yesterday - nothing real serious - turns out I just developed a tolerance to my nexium and it stopped working :(
So now I'm tryin some new meds and got a bunch of referals to GI docs up here.
Find out in an hour if my other Doc wants to do surgery again anytime soon. Let's all hope to hell he doesn't. Cuz I might end up in jail if he says he does. Use your imagination.
Lovelife: That's right - I have a lovelife. I am dating the most amazing guy I have ever met - his name is Brian. My parents love him, he has a REAL job at IBM doing Multimedia Users Graphic Interfaces (in dumbspeak: he makes pretty pictures move and makes them informative), he's very funny, sweet, romantic, intelligent...there aren't enough good adjectives to describe him. He took me to the Dr's yesterday and then to the ER too - my parents only showed up for the last 10 minutes. And he wasn't unnerved by any of it. I adore him - I think he's a keeper. :)
Social Life: I stopped goin to the bar or drinking because of my increased tummy pain. I occaisionally go out dancing. I went to a fun NYE party with a bunch of my friends from HS and work at Verizon (yeah - they're th same - it's like HS reunion everytime I step into work). I got a new phone so I haven't transfered all my numbers yet so if I'm out of touch forgive me and send me a text message to my cell with yer name from the number you want me to add. Chill? Cool
Academia: Still trying to get all my homework from kaplan done and schedule a time for my GRE. This should be super entertaining.
