its about time....
So it's another day at work, and I have finally found the time and resources to update this darn thing. I do apologize to all of my wonderful readers for neglecting you with updates.
Well, to start this off, I have been more than busy. Busy does not come close to describing any part of my life, because it is just way more ridiculous than busy. Things are starting to calm down a bit, which is good, but still I am busy. I am still working two jobs...still at the bank, and still at Burlington Coat Factory. Both of the new workplaces opened, so it has been hectic. The new Flagstar Bank I'm working at opened up August 24th, and ever since then it has been crazy busy with all of our specials with rates and stuff. So if any of you need a checking account...holler at me. Burlington Coat Factory opened up this past Friday...and the opening of the new store has been HELL. We have been working 10, 12, 14 hour shifts seven days a week. All I know is I haven't had a day off in awhile, and I need one. I am always tired, and never have time really to do much of anything else.
Other than that, this has been my life. Working, paying bills, oh and class. Yes, I decided that if I didn't take ANY classes this semester, that when it came time for me to take classes next semester, I wouldn't be able to motivate myself. So I decided to take it easy and just take two classes this semester. Which is working out pretty well also.
Me and Antoine are still doing good. It's been about a year, I don't technically know. A lot of shit has happened with us, but other than saying that, we are still going strong and that is all that matters. Nothing else needs to be said to the public.
I got a new phone, I was really excited. I decided that it would be smart, now that I moved out to build my credit some more, so I quit my Nextel contract and decided to switch to Sprint. I got a pretty decent plan, and a sweet little phone. I decided to treat myself to this phone last Friday for my birthday, but instead of celebrating by myself, I got two lines, so now me and Twan both have new Sprint phones. It was just smarter that way. As all of you know (RIGHT?!) Saturday was my birthday. I am now officially 20. It's about time, but I still have a year to go before the big 2-1.
I didn't do much for my birthday, but I got to spend time with mostly everyone that I care about, and everyone else that is important called me so I feel special. And for those of you who didn't, I'm not mad at you, nothing but love. Shit happens, and I didn't expect anything from anyone, so everything I did receive was sincerly heartfelt.
Well I don't have much else to say. I'm starving though, so I think I'm going to run next door and get something to eat. I'm the only here at the bank today so I think that I should probably look attentive and do some work. =P I'm also expecting Laura from Burlington to come in today and open up a checking account, so I need to get some stuff ready for that as well.
