Breakfast - Grits, 3 pancakes w/ syrup, bacon and cheese omlet (hubby cooked breakfast this morning)
Lunch - Chicken and sausage gumbo w/ 1 coke, 1 dr. pepper, and 1 mountain dew
Dinner - 2 ham and cheese sandwiches on wheat bread with a glass of milk
I have a cold today, so, other than breakfast, I didn't feel like eating much. My lunch was light and I made myself eat more dinner than I really wanted because I knew I needed some food to sleep.
I still woke up this morning, so that's a plus.
