Food Journal - Day 2

Breakfast: Honey nut cheerios with 1 banana

Mid-Morning Snack: 1 cup applesauce with 1 Mountain Dew

Lunch: 1 can raviolis with 1 Coke

Mid-Afternoon Snack: 1 Chocolate Oats bar

Dinner: Smothered pork chop, rice and gravy, corn, 1 Coke

Nightime shack: 1 strawberry cereal bar

Today went much better, both as far as actually eating all meals and keeping myself from guzzling NEARLY as much soda as yesterday. I even woke up around 9:30 on my own, which is a near miracle, considering I'm a chronic late sleeper.
