Life Update
I realized that I rarely update lately other than twitter updates, so figured I'd give this a go again while The Sims 3: High End Loft Stuff installs very slowly.
I'm back in school. Second quarter as a graduate student. Lots of work! Kind of scary. Last quarter's GPA was a 3.5, so apparently I'm doing something right. Can't knock that too much.
Brian quit school for now. He's looking for a 'no thinking' type of job, and looking for real employment starting midsummer/early fall. He has a degree in chemistry, great references, and lots of research experience. I'm keeping my fingers crossed (and so should YOU), but I think he'll find something.
Brian's mom and grandmother ended up in the hospital with heart stuff at the same time earlier this week. Luckily, they both turned out alright. Once again, fingers crossed.
Blah. Not much else to report, I think.
Oh wait! Threw my first Passion Party a few weeks ago. I'd say that it was a success in a massive way. Now I just need to book more! I've got two more in the works, but one's not until April and the other isn't until summer. If anyone in the Louisiana are (will travel for work) wants one, give me a shout! It was actually really fun. Plus, if you host, you get freebies and discounts galore!
