What Peanuts Gang Character Are You?
brought to you by Quizilla

You are "Walking in a Winter Wonderland".
You are very romantic and love to have a good
time with yourself and your friends. Winter is
so fun, despite the cold, and love to build
snowmen and pelt snowballs at your buddies.
Snow angels surround you and you run in for a
dose of hot chocolate. You rock! ^_^

What Christmas Carol Are You?(MANY RESULTS)

Hmm...well the peanuts character... I suppose. Looks like me! lol. but ah... i don't love the snow. i hate being cold. i thought i'd be inside drinking hot cocoa and reading christmas stories or something. i liked playing in the snow when i was little though... I think.

So ah, tonight was Christmas. It was good - my birthday was also good. I'm not gonna do the whole list of things I got, cause well... I'm not. Sweaters and stuff. The important thing is my gifts were well recieved and I have a few gift cards and warmer garments than I did before the holidays. The glow of the season seems dimmer than in past years but as achamp pointed out, I think it's just from getting older. Things become more realistic perhaps. I don't think I've ever felt so tired during the holidays - I may be sick, I feel quite run down.

Neat highlights of the night include: making cream puffs with Marie and Grandma, seeing my cousin Krista whom I haven't seen in ages, talking politics with Uncle Howard, telling my family members over and over what felt like the same stories and noticing that they all told the same stories too - do we pick a story out of a hat for the night before beginning the holidays? Hard to say. Also, holding cousin Tracy's little baby Julia for a few minutes - my arm hurt after awhile but she was super cute. Though I remember feeling more confident with Cayleigh as an infant.

Dad told me how proud of me he was - telling me stories about how smart he's noticed I am over the years and this and that. It may not be much but it's nice to hear. Better than the quips from various family members about my weight - because i haven't noticed on my own, you know? Holidays should be a time of remembering the good stuff when you don't always take the time to - mundane things are always there. People will always be over weight, under weight, having bad times, making bad choices. But just for the holidays, it's nice to focus in on the silver lining like we used to.

Okay, I'm babbling now and probably not at all interesting. I'm gonna go stare at the ring leviathan433 bought me then maybe read some Vanity Fair before bed. Happy Holidays to everyone.
