This one’s dedicated to the one and only Lyna diva.
You know how in some offices there are plenty of back biting and head snapping. I think I’ve been very blessed in the two jobs that I’ve held, my colleagues have been wonderful. Especially in the teaching industry, seriously how much higher can you climb? One reason I love teaching here is that it’s a family oriented job for a working mum, home is just a 15 minute walk and as colleagues, we share the same passion - food and shopping! Oops, I meant we’re passionate about imparting knowledge to our youth. Really, that too. We’re saving the world, one ice-cream cone at a time, one student at a time.
I miss my cubicle partner :( Lyna makes sitting at the desk enjoyable. We talk about relationships, clothes, students, colleagues, friends. I’m sad I’m quiet now. I hike over to Hazel’s and Christine’s a lot more often now to yak. There’s something wrong with me that I can’t seem to keep quiet or still for long. I’m like that fidgety child. Wait, that fidgety child is my child. Now I know who Andrea gets it from. Great. More bad genes passed down.
Hope life’s a lot better on your side of the rainbow, sweet. On a side note, don’t you think we simply don’t BEHAVE ourselves when faced with a camera! You would think teachers had more sense of propriety , modesty and decorum. Nah, all out the window when we cam whore.
Good manners ladies, please!
