Calling all Londonites
JM and I are very much looking forward to our day trip to London the week after next, but a few questions for those who are more in the know:
a) We have plans to eat at the Rock & Sole Plaice, a chippy nr Covent Garden, for lunch. Has anyone been there? Is it good? And should we require a plan B, what other good restaurants are there in the Covent Garden vicinity?
b) We have been to all the usual museums before (Tate, V&A, British Museum, Natural History Museum, Science Museum), so can anybody recommend a good one? Our day will be spread out over Knightsbridge, Charing Cross, Covent Garden, Oxford Circus and Piccadilly so nothing that takes us too far away from these please. Danke Schön :)
