And this is quoted from the HP HBP Director David Yates:
"We were discussing a scene in which their characters, Harry and Ginny, find a moment together. We actually ad-libbed this scene and introduced the notion that Ginny needed to tie Harry's shoelace, so she could get close to him" says Yates.
"Once she comes up, they're just inches apart, and suddenly the moment is quite charged."
