This is to all customers who have to contact call centers for service.
Please remember, that we have full access to your information. Meaning we know where you live, we know the credit information you have.
So next time you go off on someone for something that isn't that person's faul (because you either don't read or don't pay your bill on time or you mess up the equipment your self) we are being more than kind by not plotting your demise.
Also too, we do have the ability to cancel your service and potentiall f*ck with your bill. So next time, play nice with employee who is trying to help you and just had to deal with a real douche bag before, and have a nice day :)
