yup, another long post... a little late, sorry!
Sunday Nathan and I went to church, and then went to the flea market. we wandered around for a long time just looking at things, and then we got some ice cream. we sat down to eat it, and i, of course being my usual messy self, kept dropping ice cream cone crumbs on myself. Nathan kept brushing the crumbs off every time they fell on me. it was sooo cute. then, there was a guy who got up and started playing the guitar. i got up, pulled Nathan up with me, and made him dance with me, even though his leg was numb, lol.
the next morning i had to get up and go to Detroit with my parents. not a lot to say there besides the fact that it took a lot less time than we thought it would have. while we were there, we went to tim hortons (yay for timmy's!)and then went to a local mall. while we were there, we got Nathan a scarf and a nice pair of gloves to thank him for watching the dogs. the silly boy didnt have gloves! Anyways, im allowed to stay in the country for another year… woohoo.
Tuesday, we went up to tarpon springs and wandered around. We had some baklava and looked at the boats, but it was too cold for me to stay out, so we went down to international mall. I made him make a bear at build a bear. A black bear, that we named Melan :). Then we went and hung out with Christina for a while, and then went home.
Wednesday we went out and Nathan got his money changed (finally). Then we went to Burlington to get me a new purse. Then we went and wandered around target for a while while my mom went to the tire store. We went to panera for lunch, and then when we got home, we took a long nap. When we woke up we got ready and then we went out for dinner at Olive Garden. Then we went and watched “Fun with Dick and Jane”, a very funny movie, really. After that, we went and parked under a bridge…*burning fire*… then we went and got shakes at steak and shake and got back into the house at around 1:30 am.
Thursday we just hung around the house a bit, nothing special. We just spent time together. We went down to the train club, and stopped at starbucks on the way home
Friday was the day he went home… we had to drive to Orlando because his flight was out of there, so we left the house at about 8:30. we got food on the way there, and then I fell asleep, leaning against him. I ended up drooling on his chest, but that’s alright, he didn’t care. We went and stood in line while my dad parked the SUV. We stood there hugging and kissing and trying not to cry for about 20 minutes. Our attempts not to cry were thwarted however, because by the time he left to go get in line for security, his nose was red and shiny from tears, and my eyes were all red…
I miss him terribly, especially our cuddles, but hey, he’s coming back in march… that’s not too far :)
