(no subject)
heey!
i just went to cape cod with a bunch of fam and rob and folk's...had a good time...it was really sunny and fairly warm but fucking windy the entire time. not warm enough to sun tan :9 oh well. i keep forgetting that summer started so much earlier this year than normal. its like a month earlier than i'm used to...craaaaazy.
so in other news, i got a job at the ymca lifeguarding, but i havent even started working yet...and the only permanent shift they could give me was fridays 2-5 pm, which sucks. but thats ok cause while i was on vacation at the cape the head guard from north beach called me and asked me to work there full time, which is basically my dream come true because i'll be able to guard outside in the sun all day with awesome people in a beautiful place. and my boss from the y is completely chill with it and comp;letely understands, since its full time compared to 2 hours a week, and said that i could probably still come back in the fall when school starts up again.
as for other parts of my life since i havent updated in a really loong time.
i did pretty well in the first semester at uvm...got a 2.8...but then had a really hard time the last semester and basically failed out...oh well, its really all my fault, but i've decided that i'm going to go to ccv next year and next summer and try and earn my assiciates degree in advirtising and business marketing, and then [hopefully] start a business with mal and do commercial photography and find some sort of job to keep me alive...OR...move out to boulder and go for a b.s. at bcu. i have a while to decide so i'm keeping my options open.
and other things....i guess rob and i are living together now...ok, i dont guess, i know. and we're going to be looking for an apartment with our friend ellen and her puppy diesel, and [maybe] her boyfriend andrew. i'm pretty excited. i kind of feel like my life is a little more settled and i can deal with things better. this year was just really hard trasitioning and stuff and i think it'll get better.
tomorrow i'm going to a rail jam with mal and a bunch of other people are going to be there so it should be a lot of fun, i'm going to take a lot of pictures...i got a new camera. a cannon rebel. i love it. its basically beautifully amazing, and its sick taking pictures with film again.
i'm excited for this summer and stuff...people who are coming into town and other people i havent hung out with in a while should call me so we can hang out!! i have a car [th blazemobile, as its been named...and honestly weed really isnt smoked in it that often...its a blazer...] so i can drive. oook. i'm tired...i drove for like 7 hours from the cape today so i'm exhausted.
oh man i'm tired and hungry. peace.
