Assuming you're okay with Louise interacting with your characters, this will give me more detail about what he can and can't do with them. Note that he is quite picky about who he flirts with so it's likely he may only be polite. All the same I'd love to know what I can/cannot do. Please copy and paste the form!

Can Louise use friendly affection -- a gentle touch to the arm or shoulder, light hugs -- with this character? I have no problem with it, but Niou might. Still, it'd be funny....
Can Louise flirt with this character? Sure thing!
Can Louise express sexual interest in this character? Absolutely!
If yes to the above, can this include attempted or actual coercion into sex? Attempted, yes, but don't expect him to succeed. Niou's more or less spoken for, and difficult to get comfortable with in the first place.
Can Louise kiss this character? He can try! He may even succeed, but Niou won't be happy about it, haha.
Can Louise grope this character? See above!
Other notes, including personal limits/triggers/questions? I have no particular triggers, limits, etc., but be aware that if Louise pushes boundaries with Niou, there's a potentially dangerous, morally lax almost-boyfriend on the other end of this equation. o7

Can Louise research (or attempt to) this character's in-game past for his own reference? Absolutely. There's almost a storied history there, as he's the third Dave Strider in Johto.
Can Louise use friendly affection -- a gentle touch to the arm or shoulder, light hugs -- with this character? Not likely. Dave likes his personal space and he moves very quickly. But he can try anyway, if so inclined!
