No news is good news. That's the way I will have to look at it.

Today I was productive. I went to class. Made lunch. Talked on the phone. Went to the GYM!!! lol. I was there about an hour. Working on the elipticals for 22 minutes. Moved to the bikes for 10 minutes. Did the leg machines. then did some crunches..I didn't want to overdo it since i haven't worked out in awhile. I usually do at least 35 minutes on the elipticals and more machines. But I'm gonna get in the swing of things! I'm determined! I weighed myself and weighed less than I thought..I thought with all the food I've been cooking for myself here at school, that I would weigh more but I weighed 123lbs. But I guess I've been eating better since I am cooking for myself and not grabbing caf food..I've been eating more vegetables and when I eat pasta, I eat the whole grain kind..It's better for you..I don't snack. I just eat 3 meals a day and my snack is fruit mostly pineapple or yogurt. I'm trying to develop some good eating habits that way I will continue them when I'm older.

My skin is itchy. I got burned Saturday at the beach. I love the beach.

I have so much on my mind. I didn't think being 22 was going to be so complicated..
