PSP Themes

What Are They? ~ PSP Themes are Themes that you can use on your PSP instead of the default background and icons that your PSP gives you. With Themes, are you able to change your background and your icons. Of course, you don't have to change all the icons. Probably just the main ones on the top, which I call Top Categories.
