First of all, when you ask a question on a class message board which the professor says he's going to be checking all weekend, you'd expect your questions to get answered, right? So what gives? I posted a question at 8:40 last night. Someone posted another question at 11:36 the same night. At 11:41, the professor posts an answer to the other question while mine goes unanswered, and it's still unanswered this morning. This is very annoying because I literally can't continue with my assignment (which is due Tuesday night) until I get this answered. Well, not and hope to actually get anything accomplished in a timely manner. :/
Second of all, Daylight Savings Time. Some law has set the DST change to next weekend instead of this weekend. Well, I've got this awesome alarm clock that uses radio waves or an internal clock or something to figure out what time it is even when it has had no power for several hours, or been in a box for weeks, etc.. So, this awesome alarm clock, not knowing of the new legislation, set the time back this morning! For some reason I had decided to set my cell phone alarm clock, though, instead of my normal alarm clock, so the error didn't make me TOO late to work this morning, but still .. can you imagine the confusion on my face when my cell phone alarm clock went off at 7:00 and my normal alarm clock still said 6:00? Yeah. Needless to say, I went back to sleep for an hour, ... which made me late to work, argh, hah. Oh well!
