*In his bookshop, Aziraphale sits catalouging books. In reality, he is doing something else.

Waiting. For someone. He knows that they will come in time.*

*Crowley opens the door, the faint tinkle of a bell alerting his presence.*

Knock, knock?

*He stands there, unsure what to do.*

*Aziraphale comes out from the back room, and looks at Crowley. For the first time, he gets a clear understanding of the expression behind the permanent sunglasses.*

Hello.

Hi.

*An uncomfortable silence begins to grow. Crowley fidgets with the cuffs of his jacket, not wanting to look up.*

*Eventually he raises his head slowly to look the angel straight in the eye. Aziraphale stands there calmly, waiting patiently, a hint of a smile playing at his lips.*

*Crowley strides forward and embraces him in a hug.*

I'm sorry, okay? And I mean it.

*Accepts the hug, cradles Crowley a little, loving him even more than usual. He knows it is a big step.*

I know, my dear. *kisses his temple* Silly boy.

*He smiles and faces Aziraphale, kissing him softly on the lips.*

*breaks away* Let's go to lunch, shall we? My treat?

Sushi?

Oh, we've both been invited to a baby-shower. Delirium is pregnant and she's now turned back to Delight.

Oh! A baby! How lovely.

Yes, sushi would be nice.

*stops for a moment* Delirium of the Endless? Are her family okay?

Yes, everyone is quite happy. A little confused about how the baby will turn out and what to do, but everything is fine.

*looks at him shifty* Don't you start getting any ideas, now.

I think that's quite biologically impossible, my dear. And if adoption was possible, I don't think you could quite handle a child, given the way you treat your houseplants.
