Vacation So Far....
Well I got my surgery done. Had a check-up today. The pain is almost all gone (finally), and the swelling/bruising is going away. Going under kind of made me wonder if that is what being reincarnated is like. Do we just live life, black out, and then open our eyes to a new life? That would be quite nice.
In other news I can now chew on strawberries and small pieces of bread (score!). I'm going to Miami to visit the family in like two days or so. I hope there is lots of loving and no more dramatic fall-outs. My aunt Edith's husband and the rest of their lot are gone so that leaves out THAT part of the equation. After that its home, party, more party, and then Christmas. Last real Christmas in this house. I'm coming back next year I expect, but it will still be different. Hm.
