(no subject)
Today has been exceptional. Robert came to school with me and Bren today. He's been wanting to come for some time now, just to see what college is like, so I'm glad he finally came today. He needed a break from all that's going on at home lately. So it was fun...for once I had a boyfriend to walk me all over campus (I felt so special). So take that to all you stupid ODU couples who always make me sad when I see you around campus! lol.
Doing great in my Geology lab *yay*, and I think I did okay in my Personnel Management test today....*such a relief that that is over*
TR Clinic was fun today, although I don't know HOW in the world my special needs child wears me out so much. Bren's kid was finally there and she said that he sang Toby Keith the whole time - which is awesome. Now I have to sell a box of candy for our class fundraiser (which is stupid so close to Halloween and ONE bag of M&M's is a whole dollar!) so Rob is gonna take it to work and try to sell it to his coworkers - which will probably work cuz they're all just big kids anyways...that, and they love me. :) But who doesn't, right?
I go to schedule my classes tomorrow morning, so tonite I have to get all that shit straight. I really hope there's a way I can squeeze classes into just two or three days though. And I think I might take an extra class too. Try to get caught up and make the Junior mark by spring of my 3rd year.
OH YEAH, and the YMCA is hiring, which makes me happy that Robert found that Ad in the paper, cuz I need a job and that would be great on a Rec Therapy resume. Maybe me being in the class will help me get the job.
Anyhow, I guess I'm in a good mood if I just typed that much. So I think I'll go take advantage of that by spending some time with the family, since I normally only complain to them :P.
