It's been a strange year. I've had some unimaginably high highs and some dreadfully low lows. Two things I know for certain though: I yolo'ed the shit out of everything; and I felt for the first time, deeply and intensely, how absolutely surrounded I am by people who care about me, who are there both to celebrate my triumphs and to hold my hand through times of crisis. I've never felt so empowered and so safe. I am truly blessed. I can't ensure that the path through 2016 will be less rocky, but I only hope that I will be able to face each moment with confidence and equanimity.
