Alright.. So I was pretty psyched this week, I just started my Step aerobics class on tues/thurs, and then kickboxing on wednesdays. Besides that I have been keeping up walking with my dad everynight, my flexibility routine, strutural routine, and I either rollerblade, run or go to the y in addition.
I have been so proud of myself because I have been keeping up with my diet, completely.

You can imagine my disapointment when the scales said that I had gained 5 lbs since yesterday morning.. I mean I know that water weight and muscle could be accounted for in part of that... but 5 lbs?!!?! I would love to even just lose 5 lbs, and it sucks cause I'm working so hard and I still gain it. :( I feel like crap and I'm going to reduce my diet another 200 calories.
