Oh man, this was quite a day!
I really liked getting to spend the day with my cousin and aunt from arizona (and my uncle from here). We went to Navy Pier, and unfortunately (and for no known reason) I got fatally ill. It must have been the sun or something but I got so sick that I felt like my head was going to explode and that I would vomit at any moment. This, of course, made me feel really bad because I thought I was a complete downer.
However, we finally left at around 4 and I was quite glad. We had a snack at Harry Caray's before heading back to my uncle's house. At this point, the pain was so bad that I couldn't keep my head up independently. However, once back at my uncles, I took advil and spent a large amount of time laying on the floor. About 2 hours later I was feeling way better and we got to go eat at Lulu's! That is that place where you can order any and all dishes off the menu for $15. My family members thought the restaurant was really cool and I was glad that I was back on form. The evening was rounded out by a walk by the lake before heading back to my uncle's for margaritas and "Jersey Girl" (which turned out to be wayyyy cuter than I thought it would be).
Luckily the second half of the day was really fun and hopefully that is what my aunt and cousin will remember about the day.
