I turned the corner and without hesitation walked right through the front doors of Wolfram and Hart. The building was just the same as I had remembered, these doors, these halls…all of it, a replica of its former design.
Two years.…Only a few nights ago, this place had been in ruins. I felt a surge anger and of disgust. But I had to contain

"Hell if I knew that you were actually going to join me for dinner, I might have actually cooked something...but then again, you did make the apartment the same, so there wouldn't be any food now would there.. Hmm."
A prisoner in her own box. Why would Eve bring these two beings back from their own hell?
"It's fair. Considering, you stuck me in here with a mindless child..and no knives..plus, I can't leave." "So did you come here to clean up your mistake, or make another one?"
I only smiled at that. So Lindsey had lost his mind. He would probably be someone I could use...
I knew Lilah couldn't hurt me. She was dead, yes. But she was still beneath me, a mere mortal with very delicate parts that were easily crushed if I wished it so. Even so, I had to be carful not to loose control of myself, I had to keep my Façade. I also needed to keep my guard. There was something evil here. Something was not quite right in this box...this room. And I needed to know what that was. I walked closer to her and took a seat in the chair in front of her.
"So here you are. Nothing but a china doll in my doll house with nothing else to do here but sit and wait for me to bring you to my beck and call. I see you've made your self at home here, Lilah. I'm glad."
Meaningless words to me, but in the ears of a human, they were like blades slicing the ego in the most exquisite way.

THAT drew the line...No, It drew the line then erased it, drawing with a permanent marker.
"Eve..Eve..Eve...You have no clue who you're dealing with. I may be your little china doll.. But I'm gonna be the one to set your play house on fire."
A battle with words. Once again...It'll be bigger when I'm out.
The smile that I portrayed, was far evil..the one that I showed when I wasn't about to give up..the one I showed in victory..and most of all, gloating in defeat of my opponent. No matter what her plan was..shewas Not getting anything without a fight. I hoped she knew that.
Better yet. I'll just suprise her.

Anger... Anger always made humans leash out, spill their souls, and say a lot of things...interesting things. There was wickedness in her smile, interesting way to show anger, and hate. She had lost everything, and yet she refused to be defeated.
Eve was planning something with these two. It will perhaps ruin her plans if I let them out of this prison of a box...or perhaps it will anger her more if I were to destroy these two here and now. Either way, her benefactors would question her...loyalty. No one here knew who I was. They didn't know of my new power.
The other dead human made a small noise, I cocked my head at that and frowned a bit. I could tell he was having a most unpleasant dream. A nightmare as Wesley had once told me. In my time, nightmares walked among us, walked and danced, skewering victims in plain sight, laying their fears and worst desires out for everyone to see. This...to make us laugh.
I crossed my legs and I shifted my glace back to Lilah.
"Go ahead honey, set it on fire...We'll just build you a new one. And then another, and another, until you grow tired and loose your mind just like that one."

I liked this game. A lot. And If I wasn't so damn eager to get out of here, and see the rucus that Angel and his crew had made, I might have played along.
"Oh , that's so sweet. Could I have knives next time? It'd be kinda hard to cut my fake meat.."
My gaze never left her. I wasn't about to let her win this. If I backed down at all, she'd see something. I will not show my weakness-which I haven't even found myself...My weakness was Wesley. That's right.
"So Eve...tell me why you came here, and decided to 'grace' us with your presence."
I did the quote thing with my hands..Then I started to pick at my nails. A very bad habit I do when I get frustrated. As a lawyer..I was good at keeping my cool. Not about to lose it by a child compared to me.

She was begining to annoy me. The evil essence was in here, and yet, I could not pin point it. And that was annoying me even more. I couldn't waste anymore time with this nuisance of a pathetic being. I needed to gain the upper hand on Eve, and if Lilah and Eve were enemies, why not let Lilah out of this illusion?
How interesting this human was. She acted as if though she was the one in control when she knew she was not. I could see she was frustrated, I could tell by the way she played with her hands.
"So Eve...tell me why you came here, and decided to 'grace' us with your presence."
"Well, since you ask so nicely. I just wanted to know if you wanted out of this box? But...with that attitude, I don't know..."
It seemed she was growing tired of me as well. I tried one more time to see if I could make her angry so that she would lash out at me and say something of importace.
"Seriously Lilah. I just came here perhaphs only to amuse myself. This is what I have reduced you to...just another toy for me to play with."

"Oh please. You want something from me. whatever it is, you feel like bargaining. I can sit here..Just take him." I pointed over to Lindsey. I was getting out of here, without paying the price of whatever it is she wanted. I was sure as hell not going to sign another contract. Look where the last one got me.
"Seriously Lilah. I just came here perhaphs only to amuse myself. This is what I have reduced you to...just another toy for me to play with."
I smiled. " I think you would have reduced yourself to playing with toys..you still play with toys? That's just a little bit pathetic. Another piece of proof that there is no way you can be in charge. I get out of here, Angel is going down. What are you to him..his toy? Eve. I'm smarter that that. You want to get me out of here, under your conditions? how about under mine."
Like I said, Pathetic. I was a lawyer. A good one. And I worked here, I'm smarter than this, and smarter than her. Stupid child.

Hmmm... This human was right. Eve was pathetic, I didn't know what kinds of plans she had for these two. But whatever it was, I was going to make sure things did not go as she planned. This one was eager to get out of this prison, so perhaps I would let her have her way. Her time would soon come.
I gave Lilah a half smile, got up and walked towards the door giving one last glance at Lindsey.
"Okay Lilah, have it your way... Oh, and be a doll and make sure he wakes up from his nap."
I walked towards the double glass doors, giving one last glance to the cameras and smiling at them. As I walked out, I made sure to leave the doors wide open for Lilah go get the message. Things were about to get interesting for Eve. I went up the elevator and dissapeared from her sight.

I ran towards the door and looked inside. "Why is he asleep?! And how did you get this door open!?"
I clearly was bewildered and was going to go rip Freddy a new one.
