What a wierd night.....
I try to go to bed at about 10:30 last night. I can't sleep. The legs feel like they want to party so I get up and take a Requip.
Then, the party animals in my legs leave but leave behind major pain in my knees. I get up, take a few Ibuprofen. Then put some nifty smelling Bio Freeze on my knees. Finally, the pain lessens.
Then the reflux hits... I try to prop up on pillows to lessen it. No good, the acid party animals want equal time. I get up again, take an acid reducer. Already took one that morning. The acid party animals really know how to get jiggy with it.
OK, now its freaking 3am... I have got to get some sleep!!!!! I am almost in tears from the frustration. I took an Ambien CR at 7pm... its always a crap shoot as to whether or not they are going to help... at a co-pay of $50.00 for a months supply, they should kick my butt, but no butt kicking is being done tonight!
So I finally give in, get up once again, take a very weak Klonopin and a muscle nerve pill that I was given about a year ago for my back. They do kick my butt so I rarely take them.
So while waiting for the butt kicking to commence.... I turn on the TV and discover Heath Ledger is dead. I had such a crush on him when Roar was on...... he was such a cutie. And a decent actor as well. I was really looking forward to his interpretation of the Joker in Dark Knight. Now it was be harder to watch.
After the horrid need to take so many things just to freaking go to sleep.... it left me with an odd feeling. It should not be like this... I should not be like this..... I drank no caffeine yesterday, didn't sleep late.... I am pretty stressed out over some family stuff. My parents require alot more attention to make sure they are eatting well, and have everything they need. My brother is still not working... etc. Work royally sux.....
Maybe thats the problem.... my total lack of party animal skills when it comes to dealing with life anymore....
