Hyper Scan System
It's an interesting, amusing idea.
I have no idea how well it works, or if it will ever be popular.
Besides, it hinges on a lot more buying than most systems do.
Basically,
The system has both a disk reader and a scan deck.
You buy the game (and the cards separately?) and then can play the game, choosing your character by swiping the character card across the scanner. You can play one player or two player games.
Then, if your character levels up you can rescan your card and it saves the new level.
So, the next time you swipe the card, it's got the new levels on it.
Anyway, the system sounds like a fun idea, but expensive.
