(no subject)
I meant to write sooner, but the delay is mostly because of the fact that a friend of mine has failed to send me any pictures of Friday's events. *sigh*
Well, I will still speak of what happened nonetheless. I'll post pictures later when I eventually get them. :)
So Friday swings by and I'm done with class at 12 p.m. Michelle and I go shopping and I end up getting this awesome-looking convertible dress. It can be a long dress, be scrunched up at the bottom to make it shorter and you can wear it with jeans, too.. very diverse and it looks awesome.. and... it's purple~ It went great with my boots and I absolutely adored it. :)
Okay so I get back and I'm late for EK's pre-BASH dinner thing but I make it. And I'm wearing the dress. hehehehehehe... it was awesome... Saw Junjibu after a long period of not having seen or contacted him so it was cool. Ate a little pasta (mind you that's the only thing solid i had in my stomach) before getting a double shot of vodka (Stolichnaya... 40% alc. insanity that has to be the strongest shit I've had straight ever), this Malibu coconut/fruit juice mix. I have very low tolerance for alcohol so you can imagine that I got tipsy pretty quickly.
Thank goodness I wasn't the only one. Others that I'd befriended in such a short period of time (such cool people :D so glad I met them!) And at 9:130 or so we headed off to the Pride BASH. Met people from Ross there as well. Ended up dancing a bit then settling with some more alcoholic drinks *not too high of a percentage, mind you* and got even more tipsy. I was so loopy I was barely coherent and I felt so happily loose and confident. I was NOT drunk by any means.
Shook more ass on the dance floor and it was a fun night. Ended up staying there until it ended (just past 12:30 or so) and then headed back to my place (it was EK and two of the other guys who also went to the pre-BASH dinner) and we just talked and sobered up from my tipsiness and some of their drunkeness.
Saturday. LOL wow,.. Saturday. LoTR 1 and 2 extended version marathon. We saved LoTR3 (extended) for tonight. More fun to come, for sure. *looks forward to Tuesday*
