All I want for the holidays is a set of purple dinnerware.
And a million dollars.
Okay, so I am kidding. Sort of. Maybe. Not. Of course.
I saw the original image on Flickr (the credit link is on the icon page) and just fell for the photo. I love purple and the person who took that photograph has the "eye". You know, that eye for structure, lighting, what makes a good photograph. That thing I don't have. Either way, I'm glad that it was under the creative commons license because it just screamed "iconize me now". On top of it, I absolutely love the color purple and that shade of purple makes me wonder where they bought those dishes. I want a set now.
The only thing that could make that more fitting is if I had written "Coffee Time" instead of tea time. I'm not a big tea drinker.
I am thinking about doing NaNoBloPoMo in December. I want to start again but, on the other hand, it has been a while since I stuck to a daily posting schedule and I hate having to write when I have absolutely nothing to say. It's bad enough that I write when I have absolutely nothing interesting to say. Like now.
Since today is Thanksgiving I think I will change my blog layout tonight or tomorrow. I don't know about you, but I can't wait to get a started the winter holidays. I promised Monkey that we could put up our tree this weekend. It also gives me the opportunity to get out the $20+ wreath that I bought last year for 90% off and put it on the door. I know Monkey can't wait to get the tree out and, well, I also enjoy the lights so I can't wait either.
Before we jump ahead to the next holiday, Happy Thanksgiving. I hope everyone is eating something delicious. :-)
