every encounter is a miracle
i am a firm believer that every encounter, every meeting, every relationship that is formed between two people happens for a reason. even if that connection ends on a bad note or may be filled with mostly bad memories, any and all those moments are what make each of us stronger as individuals. in that sense, doesn't it make sense to be THANKFUL for all the friends as well as enemies and anything in between that we may have in our lives? after all, each and every single one of us have been shaped by those very chance encounters, meetings, and relationships we may believe to despise. every difficult moment has only made us stronger. therefore, why would you ever feel that any relationship that you've had that ended poorly was one that was better off not happening? be grateful for every encounter you have because each one in itself is a miracle. and it's among those miracles that we find true happiness. ^.^
next time you consider ending a friendship with someone because of an unfortunate incident or hurtful event, please keep in mind that those very events are what make us stronger. after all, what doesn't kill us, makes us stronger. never regret anything. live your life as fully as you can and appreciate every moment that you're given. why? because there are those in the world who would do ANYTHING to be able to have those very relationships that some of us complain about all the time. parents, friends, siblings, enemies, acquaintances, students, teachers, etc. are all miracles. if you think about it that way, we have a miracle occurring right before our very eyes every single day. the problem is, we've gotten so used to seeing those miracles that we aren't able to recognize them for what they are.
take a step back, take a deep breath, give praise. God would never give us a trial that is too difficult for us to overcome. every time we face a trial, as long as we remember to turn to Him, i'm sure He will not forsake anyone. stay firm in your beliefs and always give thanks to the glory of God! :)
