Stepping onto the soapbox.

This perfectly sums up my feelings about today's events. I am not claiming that Sarah Palin's map inspired the shooter. I am not saying that she actually intended for someone to take it seriously and shoot someone on the list. I am not saying that she should be happy that someone on her list did indeed get shot.

I'm saying that treating gun violence as a joke is wrong on many levels. And today was a hard lesson on why. My thoughts are with the victims and their families.
