computers humming in ugl
so im just sitting here at the undergrad library wasting some time before my english class tonight. yesterday was my last day of training at max & ermas!! woohoo praise the lord i can start making some tip money. but it really was a bad night anyways. people were soooo bitchy and groutchy. they were nice to me but were bitches to my manager just because it took 10 minutes for their WELL DONE hamburger to cook. excuse me sir ..... this is not fuckin mcdonalds. that made me sooooo mad but my manager said he always comes in and complains. usually because he gets a free desert outta the deal. but anyways i hope i never have another serving night like that again. it was like a snowball effect with my tables none of it was my fault though. and my trainer said im an excellent server!! =) oh yea and the 29 year old had to cook so he wasnt hitting on me all night.
tomorrow i somehow got the night off. they finally gave me a set schedule. i work sunday mornings, tuesday mornings, friday nights, and saturday nights. woohoo!! so i will probably call some peeps and see if they wanna meet up plus i have to study for my math test on friday.
my mom went to u of m yesterday for the tests for the kidney donation. it took her 7 hours!!!! but anyways i guess one of the doctors didnt feel like she would be a good canidate because they were afraid of her having a heart attack during the surgery. they said that all 5 of the people who she met with were gonna get together and discuss all the test results and see if she would be a good donor or not let her donate. so basically they said they would let her know by monday if she can or cant go through with this. but my mom told the social worker that she wouldnt be upset if she wasnt picked and told him about me, that i was the same blood and results. so i have a feeling that i might be going through the testing. i guess i will have to wait and see ........ in other news
i got my ipod nano for xmas and my birthday present from my parents!!! im soooo happy about that i really wanted one for the 7-8 hour flight to germany. it will hopefully keep me entertained. my dad gave me his credit card so i ordered it from apple.com last night. and he even got a shuffle for when hes on his motorcycle so i dont even have to share it with him. that should be here in like 5 days!! yea for getting a cool present i actually wanted!!
