I finally am out of the conference with the Almighty. A new document was forged and I've forwarded it to Jonathon's Office and Marilyn so that it can be signed. It elminates the rule of making abductions on Earth "fair-game" and turns Earth into a safe haven for those that visit there. The Almighty and I have already signed it, now we just await the signatures of the Morningstar, Jonathon, Angelina, and Claudia.
