"Here's to new and exciting things!"
So I had a very new and interesting experience this weekend...
My sister-in-law and I went out for my Birthday celebration. (even though my bday was last month, we waited until the baby was a bit older to stay with daddy...) So anyway, my sister said that she wanted to try something new and interesting. So she found a club online in the city that she wanted to try and asked me if I was brave. I said sure! I'll try anything once, twice if I like it, so why not. (didn't ask why I had to be brave though....) Maybe I should have.
Anyway, I drove down b/c she was going to drive back so I could get bombed for my bday, we get there and the club is called Sisters. Which I thought was cute b/c we're sisters. Uh huh...yeah, so we go in and get a couple of drinks. I start looking around and see that there happen to be A LOT of women there. Not to many men. Then all of a sudden, the men start dancing with eachother, and the girls start kissing.
Ok, so I am at a lesbian bar/nightclub! But hey, it was very cool. I got into the whole thing, I danced my ass of, got drunk, lost my car in the parking garage, the garage attendant tried to get us to check the "4th" level alone, (we did NOT do that.) found my car, and had to drive home b/c my sister accidentally got more drunk than she was supposed to. So we sat in the garage until I sobered up enough to drive home, drove home and then my so sweet nephew took me to the all night diner to get food. All in all it was pretty cool. And we had so much fun there that I think we may have to go back. ;)

I found the club no problem and my way home no problem! My sense of direction ROCKED! (for those of you who don't know me...I usually always get lost in the city)

I think I called my brother very drunk and he laughed at me b/c he had heard of the club before. Apparently his two lesbian co-workers go there all the time. He found it very amusing.
