No. Not in their nature at least.
There is rhyme and reason to why everyone makes the choices they do, and good or bad those choices can't define us as 'good' or 'evil'. People are just people, and just as likely to make mistakes as any other.

They're mistaken. They think what they do will make them happy, but in the long run it will only destroy them.
