Family BBQ
after picking up david from work, he got a call from his dad asking him to come home; they were planning on having a bbq for his aunt and unclewho came down from gainsville for the weekend. They were pretty cool people might I add.. no I'm not trying to kiss ass because i kno david's going to read this but they actually were cool people. it just so happened that when we got to david's his cousins were there too. believe it or not I went to middle school and high school with his cousin michelle. we weren't exactly in the same groups but i knew of her and we did hang out every now and then. I couldn't put my finger on any one memory but i knew for sure that i had known her all those years. haha.. i finally pin pointed a friend or two that we had in common but that was about it. There weren't real memories that I could recall with her in them.. i felt so bad.. but w.e we didnt really didn't talk about our past but more of the present. She kept repeated how she never would have thought me dating her cousin. I didn't exactly know how to reply to that so I just smiled. I kinda just smiled to a lot of things she said. lol oh well.. anywho.. after a while of hanging out we sat down to eat dinner. now that was fun. Everyone was telling childhood memories of being spanked or the things they had done to their siblings it was awesome.. I was at a family event and actually felt like part of the family. :) yay! After dinner david's mom asked us to go to publix and pick up a few things for her religious class in the morning and of the items we had to get were apples.. my brilliant boyfriend didn't realize that by swinging the bag around in circles with heavy objects (apples) in it the bag would eventually break. So walking do the freezer section he flung the bag and out dropped all the apples.. it was awesome.. i nearly peed myself.. haha it was awesome.. i couldn't help but laugh. i laughed so hard i gave all the stuff i was holding to michelle and ran to the bathroom. hehehe we got back from publix to find joe's *david's brother* girlfriend there.. :) she's a cool chick.. :) anywho.. we had come up with the idea we were going to go watch emily rose but since the time was already 10:30 i didn't think i could go but i called my dad anyway asking what time i had to be home.. he said not to be home too late which meant i had to be home around 12.. bah.. wat a party pooper.. hehehe well the time had come for me to go home so i said bye and that was just about that :)
